Can I change my address?

If we haven't yet prepared your shipment for dispatch, we should be able to update your address.

You can change your address (once only) via the Backer Portal. Simply enter the same email address you used for Kickstarter here to get a magic login link, where you can view and update your orders.

If you're unable to access the portal, please email us from the email address associated with your order (check your Kickstarter order confirmation if unsure) with the below details:

• Order reference
• Old address
• New address

Please note we're unable to change the destination country.

Australia Post PO boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect locations are supported.
