Something is missing from my order!
Firstly, please check the dispatch notification email you were sent when we dispatched your order. If the item is listed here, but is not in your shipment, please submit a help request using the ? button in the bottom right corner.
If the item is not listed on your order confirmation email, your project creator may not have told us that we should send this item. This can be due to data entry issues, stock availability or it might even be included as a part inside other items. Please reach out to your project creator directly, as we are probably not able to assist.
