My order has been in transit for a long time
If you haven't already, please check the tracking number sent in your dispatch confirmation email on the Aussie Post website.
If the tracking shows your item has been delivered, but you haven't yet received it, it may have been left in a safe place. We generally don't require a signature on delivery if the order can be "safe dropped". If you're still unable to locate the parcel, please get in touch so we can investigate.
If your order has been in transit for more than 3 weeks, please submit a help request below so we can submit a case to Australia Post on your behalf.
