My parcel was returned to the sender
If your order was returned to the sender, it's likely due to one of the below reasons:
- Delivered to your local post office, but was not claimed within 7 days
- Incorrect address
- Someone at your address rejected the delivery
If your tracking shows the parcel was returned to us, please submit a help request with the below information:
- Consignment number
- Order number
- Updated address (if required)
